It's also about maintaining athletes' motivation. Training plans need to be well-organized and structured, yet varied and enjoyable to follow. This approach helps athletes stay motivated and more focused in a natural way.

The Old Problem
Many people train excessively, risking the balance between training and recovery and ultimately suffering from injuries. The mantra 'no pain, no gain' doesn't really hold true in endurance sports.
